MILCHIP CONVEYOR SERIES
The Milenyum Milchip chip conveyor series is designed to overcome the challenges of your most demanding material handling tasks. Thanks to its unique chip transport system, it provides smooth, virtually maintenance-free operation. Milchip ensures reliable transport performance even when the material to be transported is dirty and abrasive, thanks to its robust steel belts. It is designed for the transport of mixed, spiral, medium-sized chips, and particles generated during the processing of iron materials. It provides high efficiency in conveying sub-parts from laser cutting, plasma cutting, press operations, CNC machining center parts, and CNC automatic products. The mixed chips transported on the moving steel belts are discharged through a powerful motor concealed under a protective plate.
Why Choose the Milchip Series ?
The Milenyum Milchip chip conveyors eliminate problems such as breakage, jamming, and motor scraping commonly encountered in other types of conveyors with their innovative design.

In the Milchip series , the steel belts used are pressed with precise measurements and tolerances in press molds, ensuring that the chips and materials to be transported do not get between the steel belts. Interlocking jaws prevent material from getting caught in the chain, providing a tight seal on both sides of the belts. Therefore, there is no occurrence of jamming, tearing, or breakage in the transport mechanism when transporting sharp, abrasive particles, and scrap materials. Maintenance in the Milchip series is minimal, and in addition to the electric motor, the parts that need protection are completely enclosed. The Milchip series, which is highly useful for transporting chips and parts from CNC machines processing various materials, CNC automatic, broaching and pressing machines, as well as from laser and plasma cutting machines, is available in various sizes, pitches, and configurations according to customer preferences.
