Milchip ensures reliable transport performance even when the material to be transported is dirty and abrasive, thanks to its robust hinged steel belts. It is designed for the transport of mixed, spiral, medium-sized chips, and particles generated during the processing of iron materials. It provides high efficiency in conveying sub-parts from laser cutting, plasma cutting, press operations, CNC machining center parts, and CNC automatic products. The mixed chips transported on the moving steel pallet are discharged through a powerful motor concealed under a protective plate.

The Milenyum Milchip hinged steel belt chip conveyor series is meticulously manufactured with precise dimensions and tolerances in press molds, preventing the chips and materials to be transported from getting between the hinged steel belts. Interlocking jaws prevent material from getting caught in the chain, ensuring a tight seal on both sides of the hinged steel belt. Therefore, there is no risk of jamming, tearing, or breakage in the transport mechanism when conveying sharp, abrasive particles, and scrap materials. Maintenance in the Milchip series is minimal, and in addition to the electric motor, the parts requiring protection are completely enclosed. The Milchip series, highly beneficial for transporting chips and parts from CNC machines processing various materials, CNC automatic, broaching and pressing machines, as well as from laser and plasma cutting machines, is available in various sizes, pitches, and configurations according to customer preferences.
