Chip conveyor belts are conveyors used for transporting dust, crumbs, iron shavings, and waste pieces generated after manufacturing. Since there is no contact between the magnetic carrier and the product or shavings, the risk of damaging the pallet and the transported product is minimal. These conveyors are among the most expensive ones due to the neodymium magnets commonly used in the pallet system. The control of the conveyor is typically achieved by connecting it to the machine's control unit via a panel or socket placed on the body, allowing direct control through the machine's control unit. They can be manufactured according to the desired angle and dimensions to suit the chip carrying capacity. Such conveyors usually do not require frequent and complex maintenance procedures and are sturdy and long-lasting.
