The Milenyum Milchip laser underfloor conveyor series is designed to overcome the most challenging transportation tasks. Thanks to its unique laser underfloor part transport system, it provides smooth, virtually maintenance-free operation. Even if the material to be transported is dirty and abrasive, Milchip ensures reliable transport performance with its robust steel pallets. It is specifically designed for the transportation of parts processed in laser cutting, laser underfloor parts, plasma underfloor parts, and press underfloor parts, providing high efficiency in the movement of these products. The parts carried on the moving steel pallet are discharged through a powerful motor concealed under a protective plate.

In the Milchip series, the hinged steel belts used are pressed with precise dimensions and tolerances in press molds, preventing the chips and materials to be transported from getting between the hinged steel belts. Interlocking jaws prevent material from getting caught in the chain, ensuring a tight seal on both sides of the belts. Therefore, there is no risk of jamming, tearing, or breakage in the transport mechanism when conveying sharp, abrasive particles, and scrap materials. Maintenance in the Milchip series is minimal, and in addition to the electric motor, the parts requiring protection are completely enclosed. We manufacture the Milchip series of conveyors, highly beneficial for transporting chips and parts from CNC machines processing various materials, CNC automatic, broaching, and pressing machines, as well as from laser and plasma cutting machines, available in various sizes, pitches, and configurations according to customer preferences.
