MILENYUM CONVEYOR CENTRIFUGE
If your primary goal is to make the most of metal chips obtained in machining processes, the centrifuge is one of the most commonly used pieces of equipment.
So, what exactly does the centrifuge do? What is the process?
Fundamentally, it is responsible for separating the coolant mixed with metal chips in the production process.
The process is simple: Metal chips mixed with the coolant start to rotate inside the centrifuge. Then, thanks to centrifugal force, liquids (oil or coolant) separate from solids (chips). Finally, the coolant is stored for potential reuse, and the chips are separated from the coolant.

Milenyum Conveyor centrifuges offer various advantages when it comes to metal chips. These advantages include:
- Reduction in Chip Moisture
- Achieving moisture levels between 0.2% and 3%, effectively reducing the moisture content in the metal chips
- Recovery of Cutting Oils
- Obtaining Non-Contaminated Chips
As a result, this equipment proves to be highly efficient for the recovery of solids that cannot be effectively separated or require substantial recovery quantities.
